TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OUR COLLECTIONS

All our Wall Hook Racks are exclusively made by Ellah Designs in Lake Macquarie, Australia.

The MAYA and LILY Wall Hook Rack Systems are made with quality recycled blonde Australian hardwood timber combined with high end folding hooks. The MAYA features a polished chrome ‘slimline’ hook and the LILY is your brushed nickel ‘chunkier’ option. They are both available in different sizes and styles, which vary the number of hooks included. The timber is finished in a semi matte hard wax oil to preserve the natural colour of the timber and provide protection against moisture.

You will find our Ellah Designs logo engraved on each of our products as proof of authenticity.

PHOTOGRAPHS 

All photographs on our website are true photographs of our products. As we are 100% dedicated to ensuring that you are happy with your product, please be aware that all our pieces are unique and made to order. Slight variations will exist in the grain and colour due to the natural elements of timber. We have taken a lot of care to ensure that the colours displayed on our website accurately represent our products, however please note that colour can vary from computer to computer.

PRODUCT CARE

Even though some of our products have been designed for use in children’s bedrooms, we suggest placing them out of reach from children to avoid injury or damage to the product. Being made from a natural source it is important to avoid the product coming into contact with water, moisture, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics as these can mark your piece.

DELIVERY

Our pieces are sent through tracked standard shipping via Courier or Australia Post. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the package. It is our aim to have your purchase dispatched within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that orders being shipped to remote areas may incur additional postage fees. Delivery times vary depending on location. Unfortunately, Ellah Designs cannot take any responsibility for lost parcels nor can we be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care. If you wish to arrange registered or express postage for added security, please email us at info@ellahdesigns.com.au prior to placing your order and we can make these arrangements for you. Additionally, if your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to get it shipped sooner if possible. The Elephant Cup will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of order, however supply of this product is limited.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Ellah Designs is focused on creating and providing high quality products. We want you to love them as much as we do. We will handle returns and process refunds or replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

Love and care goes into packaging each and every product for shipment, however, if upon delivery your item is damaged or defective please email us within 48 hours at info@ellahdesigns.com.au with your order number, a description of the damage and photos that illustrate the damage/defect and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product with a valid reason for its return. All returns must be in their original un-used condition including all original protective packaging and returned within 10 days of you having received the product. Ellah Designs will cover the return shipping costs for defective products only. Shipping costs are not refunded on any returns or refunds for change of mind and we require you to cover the shipping costs to return the product back to us. Once we have received the product back we will happily refund in full the purchase price of your item (excluding shipping).  

Ellah Designs does not offer refunds or returns on personalised orders unless faulty.  

We will not honor returns or refunds if damage to the product has occurred as a result of not handling it carefully as per our product care. Our personalised orders are custom designed and made to order according to each customer’s specifications, and as such, requests for returns or re-makes where the customer has made an error is not possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us at info@ellahdesigns.com.au prior to placing your order so we can arrange a quote on shipping options for you. All customs duties costs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a faulty product.  You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality.

PAYMENT

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars inlcluding GST and our store is hosted by Squarespace (www.squarespace.com). We use paypal and credit card as our methods of payment on our website. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Ellah Designs cannot be held responsible for any delays in payment clearance and we are unable to ship orders until we have received payment in full.

After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us and tracked shipping details. If you don't receive this email, or if any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@ellahdesigns.com.au

CANCELLATION

Please double check your order before finalising it at the checkout. Cancellations will not be accepted for the Wall Hook Racks once we have commenced manufacturing. Of course we will be happy to assist you in any way we can in the selection of your items.

PRIVACY POLICY

You can be assured that Ellah Designs is committed to keeping all your details private. Any information we collect from you is kept strictly protected and it is only used to identify your order and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
